Carol A. Dillon joined BleekeDillonCrandall in 2005. Carol concentrates her practice in general-liability insurance defense, medical malpractice, defends provider fee disputes for worker's compensation cases, and defends medical providers who practice in Indiana prisons. Carol was named as Rising Star for 2010 and 2011 by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Carol is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. She co-authored "Mediation Confidentiality: Myth and Misnomer," which was published in the Spring/Summer 2006 Volume II of the Indiana Civil Litigation Review. She spoke at the Insurance Fraud Seminar, which was sponsored by the Insurance Institute of Indiana, International Association of Special Investigation Units, National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators, and the Indiana Department of Insurance. Her topic was “Good Faith Claims Handling: What you need to know.” Carol has also spoken on 42 U.S.C. Section 1983 Civil Rights Claims in Houston, Texas. She is also a local lawyer volunteer for the Animal Legal Defense Fund.

Carol graduated from Hanover College in 2002 with a B.A. in Political Science. She graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington School of Law in May 2005. While in law school, Carol worked for a small Plaintiff's firm in Indianapolis and was active in the Protective Order Project. Carol was also a top brief writer for the Moot Court Competition.
