Carol Dillon recently persuaded a judge to grant her Motion to Correct Error in a large property damage case, admitting that he should have granted her client Summary Judgment in the first place. Judges very rarely grant Motions to Correct Error. This was a great victory for Carol, SweetinBleeke Attorneys, and most importantly our client. Way to go Carol!
