Jeb and Jim Receive Summary Judgment in Federal Case

Jeb Crandall and Jim Bleeke recently obtained summary judgment in a federal case involving allegations of both a delay and denial of care for Plaintiff’s injured shoulder and orbital fracture. The Court relied on the Defendant’s expert who testified through his affidavit that the care provided was both timely and appropriate. All claims and defendants were dismissed by the Court.
